The amount of BAC water you add doesn't change how much peptide is in the vial — it just changes the concentration. Adding more water makes it less concentrated, meaning you'll need to inject a larger volume to get the same dose.
Example: A 5mg vial of Retatrutide with 0.5ml of BAC water = 10,000 mcg/ml. The same vial with 2ml of BAC water = only 2,500 mcg/ml — so you'd need to inject 4x more liquid to get the same dose. That's why using the calculator above is important!
